Purchased a truck from them had an issue with the truck could not get a hold of anybody then when I reached out to my sales guy, he tells me he’s on vacation then when I email I don’t get responses back their customer service is lacking. I would not buy another truck from them.
Jarrett Scott Ford offers great at home service for oil changes and tire rotation. The tech, Tyler called me before coming out to give me a heads up. Once he arrived at my house, he reviewed the work order with me then got right to work. After the work was completed he explained payment options and was on his way. Although, he kept on task of the service request Tyler was also friendly and courteous of my property and very professional.
Incredible experience with Josh in sales. He was responsive, heard what I wanted and needed. He did his best to get me into the truck I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Will recommend him hundreds of times.
